Shakira Turns Up Her Yeehaw in New El Jefe Music Video!

Shakira is channeling her inner caballero this week after teaming up with a Mexican band called Fuerza Regida on their new hit song El Jefe. The song is actually going viral this week after fans pointed out that Shakira seemingly gave a shout out to her kids longtime nanny Lili Melgar, whom her ex husband Gerard Piqué apparently fired.

Translated to English, the lyrics seem to say "Lili Melgar, this song is for you. They didn’t compensate you", which seems like a very direct shout out to the nanny.

The music video has Shakira horseback riding and rocking some fancy cowboy hats as she sings along with the Fuerza Regida band, giving off some awesome cowgirl vibes. Watch the video below!
