In Resident Evil: Retribution, everyone on earth is in for a rude awakening when the Umbrella Corporation unleashes a deadly virus that will turn them into legions of the undead. It's up to Milla Jovovichas Alice to get to the bottom of it and save mankind, before it's too late.
