Selena Gomez is a known bi-polar personality, it's part of her identity along with her chronic illness, and she just announced she is going to take a break from social media with a hot pic and a weird video:

The caption: “I’m gonna be taking a second from social media cause this is a little silly and I’m 30, I’m too old for this.”

Agreed!

There have been times in the past when the famous actress has logged off social media for months at a time, there have also been times where she claimed her assistant does all her social media coverage for her, because honestly, when you're established, rich and famous, why would you EVER partake in the hell that is social media.

She doesn't need validation, people are going to be 10 times harder on her for being Selena Gomez, so even if she puts up a hot pic, she'll get dragged, a bad pic, she'll get dragged, there's no winning with these animals.

That is really why there is an importance of "them" and "us", they are their own species, those famous people, but they just couldn't stay in their lane because they saw money being made by those who aren't them, and they had to get in on it.

Anyway, I don't really care about the ups and downs of social media, or how hard it is to partake in it, when you shouldn't be partaking in it from the start.

I am just happy she brought the veiny boob busting out of a dress as she sucks a straw content for her farewell, that will likely be a temporary farewell, since all her shows need her on there promoting as part of her deals.

Her caption:

"I deleted this one time because I thought maybe it was too much but eh (taking a break from social)"

See you soon Selena!
