As hopefully none of you know, Instagram will soon go head-to-head with YouTube by unveiling an app called IGTV, or Instagram Television. The app will allow for long-format original content, and will give Instagram artists, cam girls, and prostitutes another place to battle over viewers and sponsorships. And johns.

Now that that's out of the way, let's get to the most Lupus-y starlet around, Selena Gomez, who is lending her definitely not strung out on meth dead eyes to Insta artist Petra Collins' first stab at transferring her followers over to the new platform. The teasing video clips (which, shocker, can be seen in full over on the shiny new app) prove that Selena Gomez is losing it. Yes, she's smearing cake around on her body with a knife for the sake of art, but you can't help but feel this is what she'd be doing on a normal Tuesday even if the cameras weren't rolling. Except more of it would be going into her mouth. #Sorrynotsorry. Basically, she isn't talented enough to act crazy without being crazy. These eyes say it all. Me when I realize I could have had a V8:

An A-lister involving herself in high art in a telltale sign that things are going south. Lady Gaga posed nude for Marina Abramovic around the same time she put on fifty pounds due to marijuana addiction. It's a ploy for street cred when the mainstream world has deemed you irrelevant, overrated, and fat. On the bright side, if any of you have a soft spot for terrible video art featuring ALLEGED cult-following ALLEGED addicts who ALLEGEDLY faked Lupus to cover for replacing their ALLEGED meth-riddled kidney, you're in for a treat.
