Sarah Michelle Gellar has been on her fitness kick and recently teamed up with Alo Yoga to shoot a quick video for the brands YouTube channel. The actress made her way over to the Alo Yoga gym and braved the cold of a cold plunge while doing a really quick interview.

Watch Sarah keep her composure as she sits inside a freezing cold bath tub and answers some questions like what her comfort meal is, her favorite role and how she finds balance in life.
