Russell Simmons Attempting To Use Logic To Dodge Legal Woes

If she sends pics of tits you must acquit. Russell Simmons is claiming that it doesn’t count as rape if she sends naked pictures after sexy time. Simmons is obviously missing the picture and should be ashamed of himself. Not because of his current excuse but because out of everyone being accused of sexual assault he has the longest list of most unattractive accusers. So even if he isn’t guilty, he’s had consensual sex with some of the most hideous women in Hollywood. That’s not as bad as rape but you’ll still have the stigma of the guy who banged all of the ugly chicks. He was obviously handing out invitations to his genitalia to every woman he came across like he didn’t have a reputation to uphold.

Russell Simmons claims one of his rape accusers is a liar who sent him nudes after they had a consensual relationship.

The rap mogul alleges that 37-year-old Jennifer Jarosik sent him unsolicited nude pictures and propositioned him through text messages.

Simmons claims that he met Jarosik, a “self-described ‘self-employed Tai/Yoga body work instructor,’” around 2006 and says they had a decade-long casual and consensual relationship.

“Most of the correspondence between the parties is one-sided, as Mr. Simmons rarely initiated communication with Ms. Jarosik by text or email, and did not respond to most of her communications,” he claims in his filing on April 4 in California Central District Court, saying she also referred to him as “babe” in her messages.

It’s damning evidence when a woman calls a man “babe” after sending pictures of her slit. That’s pretty much the definition of a relationship. She’s going to have a hard time explaining that kind of affection in court while sticking to the rape story. Because you normally have to buy women lots of food before she even lets you see some side boob. She can act like the three date rule doesn’t exist but if the judge is a man he’ll see right through her and throw the case out.
