'Tis the season for horror movies. If the trailer for Sinister didn't scare you shitless (watch it here), then maybe the red band trailer for V/H/S will be the one to do you in. It's got all the elements of a really good horror movie, as it actually features an anthology of horror shorts featuring freaky storylines, gory effects, and a whole lot of blood and gore.
Expect to get chilled to the bone with the blood-curdling tapes you're about to see in V/H/S. This trailer is definitely not safe for work, not only because of what's happening on screen, but also because you might scream yourself hoarse while you watch it.
V/H/S was a hit at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, and for good reason: because it delivers everything horror movie lovers want and more.
The start of the movie has a group of burglars breaking into a mansion to acquire a rare tape. When they search the house, they come across a dead body, a hub of old TVs, and an endless supply of cryptic footage, each video stranger and more inexplicable than the last..
V/H/S arrives on video on demand on August 31st and hits theaters on October 5th. The movie stars Joe Swanberg, Adam Wingard, Sophia Takal, Kate Lyn Sheil, Calvin Reeder, and Lane Hughes.
