Do you want to lose weight but are sick and tired of your old exercise routine? Lifting the beer to your lips and fapping to our site are not good for toning, (but great cardio!). Well, you are in luck because of a new exercise fad that is taking the country by storm: prancercise. By new I mean from 1989 and by exercise I mean hoping around like moron. Prancercise was invented by the lady in this video named Joanna Rohrback. She describes it on her website as:
"A springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation."
I have no idea what the elation part means, but I see the horse gait. If, that is, if the horse was a flamboyant homosexual runway model that suffered from extreme vertigo. But who knows, maybe it works? If pole dancing can be considered exercise then anything can. There is also a book with a seriously awesome cover.
