Wrong place, wrong time? That seems to be the case for two dudes who appeared to be doing something shady in the background while a reporter was going on and on about a school being closed that day. The report proceeds as usual, when two guys meet up to do an exchange whilst the report is airing.

Some people are saying they were drug dealers, while others proclaim that they're only a couple of jokers who want to kick up a fuss. Well, check it out and decide for yourself.
