If you just can't get enough of remorseless killing machines, it looks like you'll need to thank Paramount Pictures. According to my sources (a.k.a. more informed websites) the studio is in talks to distribute a fifth installment of the Terminator franchise.
The news comes just a few weeks after Arnold Schwarzenegger announced he was involved with the project. At the time, Schwarzenegger also claimed he was involved with a Twins sequel featuring Eddie Murphy, so I just thought he was making stuff up. But I guess if he was telling the truth about Terminator, that Twins idea must be true too. Ach du lieber, what an awful world.
Aside from Arnie, Patrick Lussier (Drive Angry) and Laeta Kalogridis (Shutter Island) are on board to write the script which, if I had to guess, will involve robots murdering people. Production is likely to start next year, but when you're dealing with time-traveling robots, time is irrelevant.
