Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline takes the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine this month, posing in a series of seriously sexy photos for the new issue of the magazine. The actress was photographed by Amber Asaly who clearly has a knack for capturing our favorite celebs looking the best they possibly can.
