Old Age Picks Its Gun Back Up in the ‘Red 2’ Trailer (VIDEO)

Say what you will about the first Red (I'll say it was clunky, cheap-looking with mediocre action and generally over-rated overall), but the movie about retired secret agents with a price on their head made a lot of money and kind of started this whole Bruce Willis comeback and renaissance thing that continued with Looper and if Fox has their way, will keep right on going when A Good Day to Die Hard opens next month. So of course a sequel was very quickly greenlit and squeezed through the production pipeline.

The first trailer for the new movie looks like it has some decent laughs and hopefully Anthony Hopkins and Catherine Zeta-Jones' inclusion to the cast will make up for the lack of Morgan Freeman's. And Willis actually looks awake in the clips shown, which, you know, for him is like a really big deal lately/
