Nina Agdal Gets Physical!

Nina Agdal is professional model who has been getting involved in the fitness world ever since the first quarantine happened last year. The 28 year old has been spending time out at her boyfriend family home in The Hamptons where this summer she held weekly fitness classes out in the backyard, socially distanced of course!

The model has started her own fitness routine called The Agdal Method where she shares different workouts and tips over on her Instagram. Nina has recently teamed up with a brand called LoveShackFancy to create an activewear collection worthy of the Agdal Method.
