New ‘Dredd’ Motion Poster Hits, Tells You What Your Sentence Is

It seems like there isn't enough of Dredd to go around these days, but that might soon change once Lionsgate gets its promotional campaign up and running.

The first poster from the movie, as well as a couple of stills, have already hit a few weeks. So has its much-awaited trailer. Upping the ante is this new Dredd motion poster that you can check out after the jump, which growls out what your sentence is in true Dredd fashion--and trust us, it ain't a pretty one.

Dredd takes us to the wild streets of Mega City One, the lone oasis of quasi-civilization on Cursed Earth. Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) is the most feared of elite Street Judges, with the power to enforce the law, sentence offenders, and execute them on the spot.

If you're planning to attend the Comic-Con in San Diego, then you're in luck because Lionsgate will be kicking it off with a special advance screening of Dredd 3D that will be presented by the Masters of the Web panel.

Directed by Peter Travis, Dredd stars Karl Urban, Olivia Thirlby, and Lena Headey, and hits 2D and 3D theaters on September 21st.
