Quick, what's the greatest boxing video game of all time? If you said anything other than Mike Tyson's Punch-Out, you are just plain wrong. The NES classic in which you boxed your way up the ranks until you faced Iron Mike himself. The irony? Mike Tyson sucked at the game. Like, couldn't even beat Joe Glass, the first opponent that looked just like Ellen Degeneres. Now, don't get me wrong, this game was tough. Those higher-level guys were tough and Mike Tyson was damn near impossible. A good friend of mine called me at 2am to tell me he had achieved a lifelong goal and finally beaten the game...we were in our late 20's. But Joe Glass? That guy was the biggest wuss in the history of video games!

I guess it's just one of life's ironies that the great Mike Tyson could wipe the floor with real life opponents but could do nothing in the face of an 8-bit weakling. Sad.
