The news that Matthew Vaughn has decided to leave the shoot of X-Men:Days Of Future Past is a pretty big bummer. Of course, Bryan Singer is a pretty talented dude and his work on the earlier films of the series were pretty top-notch so all is not lost.

Why did Vaughn leave? Who knows? He's still in line to work as the movie's producer but let's hope there was at least a huge bust up. Anyway, to help the Kick Ass director through this tumultuous time, here are 5 other directors who ditched their projects half way through filming.
