If you're going to get arrested for a suspected DUI you might as well make it a memorable experience. A 19-year-old Pennsylvania woman did just that.
She was pulled over for a suspected DUI with a live deer in her trunk. She and her passenger told police they hit the deer and thought it was dead so they put it in the trunk.
The driver and passenger told officers they had hit the deer, and had put it in the hatchback area of the car. A short time later, they realized the deer was still alive, but continued to drive.
Police had the passenger, a 21-year-old man, release the deer from the car. The driver, a 19-year-old woman, was arrested as part of the DUI investigation.
I don't want to say DUI arrests should be fun and entertaining, but they should be memorable and something you learn from. This one checks both of those boxes.
Don't drink and drive, obviously, and don't put a deer in your trunk unless you know for sure it's dead.
