Yesterday, mom, today, some janky hotel operating dude. Lindsay Lohan sure does get around with those upper lips of hers.

Lindsay got snapped through a window in the wee morning hours of the Big Apple macking and pawing around with Vikram Chatwal, a second generation Indian-American politically connected hotel operator, partier, drinker, and noted ladies man (with Gisele Bundchen on his pedigree). I suppose we call this random make-out sesh a step up from tongue-locking with mom, I mean, Vikram does have a job at least, but we can't help but wondering if rehab has fully taken with Lindsay quite yet.
