I'm not an expert on the whole rehab, and alcoholism thing, but I'm pretty sure that avoiding temptation is one of the first things they tell you about. I can't be sure, but bars and nightclubs probably aren't on the list of approved hang-outs. So I guess when they talked about that at rehab, Lindsay Lohan was out for the day (as she was so often).

In fact, not only was Lindsay spotted at LA club Les Deux the very night she checked out of rehab, but she partied at Teddy's the night before, reports PR Inside.

The actress officially checked out of the Wonderland Center in the Hollywood Hills after completing a 30 day stay on Friday (16FEB07). The night before being released from the facility (15FEB07), Lohan was spotted partying at Hollywood nightclub Teddy's.

The 20-year-old, who is not legally allowed to drink in the US, was photographed late Friday night (16FEB07) at Los Angeles club Les Deux.

The Mean Girls star was seen chatting with Justin Timberlake in the parking lot just as he was leaving the club.

Of course, none of this is the least bit surprising. Lindsay Lohan is about as committed to sobriety as Paris Hilton is committed to celibacy. But I'm not complaining. The more retarded shit Lindsay does, the more I have to write about. And as we all know, if there's one thing that alcohol inevitably leads to, it's sex tapes.

Anyone else note the irony of the liquor store across the street?
