Larry David is the Hero We Need in ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Season 9 Trailer (VIDEO)

Larry David is a national treasure. He's given us two of the top ten comedy series in the history of television. He finally gave JB Smoove an outlet that lets the world know he's one of the funniest men on the planet. And he has an impossibly hot daughter who is one of the only people worth following on Instagram. There's honestly nothing bad I can say about the man. 

Finally, after a six year wait, he's bringing his brilliant HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm back for a ninth season set to debut on October 1. We've seen precious little about the new series, and this new teaser gives us even less information than before, but if you're a fan of the show, you'll appreciate the heck out of it. It's quintessential LD. 

It will be interesting to see what he tackles in the new season, though his war with Michael J. Fox from last season will be hard to top. Honestly, Krazee Eyez Killah was hard to top and he managed to do that, so you never know. I do know one thing for sure, though. Whatever Larry does next is guaranteed to be pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good.
