How healthy are you? This isn't a question that your doctor can't answer, but if you're not very keen on hospitals, then maybe you'd prefer to have the Larklife Wristband help you out on that end instead. As its name suggests, it's just a wristband, but it is pretty powerful and records a whole bunch of useful information that might help you gauge where your health is at.
It won't replace your doctor, but it will help you make the right choices so you can shape up your life and live a healthier one. (You've got to, if you want to reach Hugh Heffner's age and still be able to do what he does.)
So what Larklife does is track your daily activity patterns (in other words, how much exercise you get), your eating habits (how much you eat and how good they are for you), and your sleeping patterns (to see whether you get enough sleep or not.) Put all these three together and you can pretty much see whether or not you're living the kind of life you want to.
The wristband works with an app you're supposed to install on your smartphone. It also comes with a pretty neat feature called 'Refresh' that gives productivity coaching and encourages you to take productivity breaks when you need it so you don't burn yourself out.
It retails for $149.99, but hey, if it can help you lead a better life, then why not? You can find out more here.
