Lady Gaga is Laying Out!

Lady Gaga is feeling her inner mermaid this week and has been spending time in her pool sporting a new long brown haired look and keeping the tie dye trend going with her choice of bikini.

The singer recently met up with fans in West Hollywood to celebrate national Born This Way Day which is named after her song of the same name. Here's what Gaga had to say about the big day.

"Born This Way, my song and album, were inspired by Carl Bean, a gay black religious activist who preached, sung and wrote about being “Born This Way.” Notably his early work was in 1975, 11 years before I was born. Thank you for decades of relentless love, bravery, and a reason to sing. So we can all feel joy, because we deserve joy. Because we deserve the right to inspire tolerance, acceptance, and freedom for all."
