This video is pretty crazy. A documentary is being shot about a playground basketball player in a pickup game, and when one of the players gets hurt, the guy asks his Uncle Drew to fill in. Drew is older, gray haired, and has a pot belly. He's not as quick as everyone else on the court, and while he looks like he might've played a decent game at one point in his life, he probably shouldn't be out there.
Then something amazing happens. Uncle Drew gets warmed up and absolutely starts schooling everyone. His ball handling, his quickness, and his shooting are unreal. He even starts dunking like crazy.
What you don't know, and what the guys he's playing against don't know, is that Uncle Drew is actually NBA Rookie of the Year, Kyrie Irving from the Cleveland Cavaliers. The video is a promo for Pepsi Max, and Kyrie went through a Hollywood makeup transition to become Uncle Drew. It's pretty great seeing the reactions of the people at the court, which is in New Jersey. I suppose they told everyone who he was after the fact, but maybe not. It would be even better if they didn't.
