Arizona quarterback Kevin Kolb got hurt Sunday in the loss the Bills, and judging by the way he was walking off the field, you could tell he was in a lot of pain. Then the cameras caught him heading into the tunnel going to the locker room, and it looked even worse because he was walking as if every step was painful as hell. Now we know why. Some of Kolb's ribs were detached from his sternum. Holy hell.

The injury happened when Buffalo defenders Chris Kelsay and Alex Carrington converged on and then crushed Kolb. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Kolb will miss several weeks because of the injury. How doctors can gauge how long it takes to come back from having your ribs separated from your sternum is a mystery to me. I doubt it's something they see every day.
