Yes, Katy Perry and Victoria Justice and Sarah Hyland and Heidi Klum are all hot as hell, but I think Carmen Electra is looking stunning in these pics. She cleans up nicely, and she may well walk away with a red carpet victory for her efforts here. I also will fully admit to thinking it was Denise Richards when I first glanced at the pic.
