‘Jumanji’ Honest Trailer Nails What’s Great About the Film (VIDEO)

Undeniably the best film of this past holiday season, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle delivered what is easily the best video game movie ever made, and just a flat out, rip-roaring good time. The good folks over at Screen Junkies know that they can't sharpen their Honest Trailer knives for this one as sharp as they'd like because it's pretty much universally beloved and a damn good flick. But they do their best to pick the few nits there were, like the underdeveloped villain and the rules of the world changing to fit the needs of the story... but other than that, it's a great flick.

There's no denying that The Rock Johnson, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black all shined when given the chance, but I'm most excited about the film finally giving Karen Gillan her due. Not only is she one of the hottest women in Hollywood, she's got serious comedy chops.

So, if you haven't seen Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle yet, I cannot recommend you do any higher. I think it's a fantastic action comedy that will stand the test of time. Or at least live long enough to see its franchise dwindle once again. Fingers crossed the rest of us don't live to see that happen. The film is now available on Blu-ray, 4K Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD.
