Joss Whedon Wants ‘The Avengers’ To Continue Its Money Making Reign! Or He’s Just Being Sarcastic (VIDEO)

Joss Whedon is not only one of the greatest cinematic minds currently working in Hollywood but he also seems like a thoroughly nice bloke. A combination that makes me want to weep with envy. How do I know he's such a great guy?

Check out the video above where he jokingly asks for The Avengers to be kept on 500+ screens around the country so that Mike Bribiglia's little independent film Sleepwalk With Me, which is only being show in 80 theatres, doesn't take money away from the third most profitable movie of all time.

Lol. But of course in talking about Sleepwalk With Me, Joss has in turn done some great promotion for a film that has mightily impressed critics across this years festival circuit. He makes me sick.
