The NFL just announced that suspended New Orleans Saints players Jonathan Vilma, Will Smith, Scott Fujita (now with the Browns), and free agent Anthony Hargrove have all won their appeal and had their suspensions lifted immediately. Coaches SeanPayton, Gregg Williams and Joe Vitt did not appeal their suspensions, all stemming from the Bounty-Gate scandal.
New Orleans general manager Mickey Loomis was also suspended, but like the coaches was involved with this appeal.
According to NFL.com, commissioner Roger Goodell can still go back and suspend the players if he can somehow prove that they were intending to injure opposing players. I'd think that would be unlikely at this point, since the whole thing has been such a public relations nightmare. No word on whether any of the players will be in uniform this weekend yet.
