The mother of Jim Carrey's deceased girlfriend Cahtriona White is suing Carrey for wrongful death. It's pretty crazy that a jury can rule you killed someone and your punishment is having to pay a shitload of money. Maybe we should have a flat rate on this. Why should you pay more money after killing someone just because you have more cash? Certainly it's not done this way in Norway.
The suit alleges Carrey gave White oral and genital herpes and chlamydia, lied about it, and then tried to get her to sign a non-disclosure release. He also provided her with the Ambien and Percocet which she OD's on, that he'd obtained under a pseudonym. Still he probably didn't shove it down her throat. People should take responsibility, if not posthumously. Carrey's texts show that he seemed nonchalant about the herpes thing, first making excuses, then saying she probably got it from someone else, followed by you're being kind of a bitch about it:
"Agrivated folacles (sic) or bumps are normal when you shave or have vigorous sex."
Not from my experience. White then informed Carrey she had been tested right before she started fucking him. Word to the wise, if this is something you're concerned about, make the other person get tested too. Actually, just them and not you:
"I hope your (sic) ok hun, It could be from someone before me. Doesn’t show up until you’re really stressed."
You seem pretty familiar with the symptoms. Are you sure she got it from someone else? Finally he was just over it:
"You’re bein overly dramatic and ungrateful and i don’t want to here (sic) anymore misery."
It's unclear if this led White to kill herself but having an itchy rash on your pussy certainly can't help. It should be noted Carrey was aware White had previously attempted suicide and still provided her with drugs. If not reckless that's downright irresponsible and he seems like kind of a bad dude. He also gave Jenny McCarthy's son autism. Maybe herpes too.
