Irina Shayk Gets Expressive on the Cover of V Magazine!

Supermodel Irina Shayk takes the latest cover of V Magazine and is looking a little bit different than usual in this shoot! The model posed for legendary photographers Inez & Vinoodh for the shoot which has her painted up and wearing her own name across her chest.

Irina spoke to the magazine about her history in the modelling world, starting out as a Sports Illustrated model and becoming one of high fashions most sought after faces. The Russian supermodel also spoke about growing up in a small mining village where her mother pushed her to pursue music, which had her attending music school for 7 years.

"I didn't choose to be a model. As a child, I was bullied in school because I was super skinny, I had bigger lips, and darker skin, and I loved high heels. I remember one summer, I painted a local hospital for 31 days and I got $6 as a salary, and I went and I bought a pair of high heels that, unfortunately, I don't have anymore."
