Apple revealed the iPhone 5right on schedule last September 12th and people have been buzzing about the phone ever since. While the usual critics have slammed the device, I think the fact that the pre-orders for the phone have already sold out.
If you're one of the eager beavers who will be getting the device once they begin shipping out on the 20th, then you're probably on the lookout for a new case to hour your phone in. Spammers are well-aware of this fact and have already launched an ad campaign even before the phone has hit the shelves of retailers. How crazy and annoying is that?
A Chinese company that manufactures cases decided they'd be the early birds and sent out mass mailings of ads for their iPhone 5 cases. And while they do apologize before pitching their product, it's still spam all the same.
They probably should've included an ad for the actual phone to make their efforts worth the annoyance and inconvenience it caused everyone.
