If you count yourself among the fans of NBC's cult hit Community, that means you were probably thrilled when it was announced just last month that series creator Dan Harmon was being brought back to run the show for season five.
Unfortunately, it also means you're going to want to sit down for this next bit of news. It turns out that, despite the messianic return of Dan Harmon, Donald Glover is seriously cutting back his involvement with the series. His agent and Sony Pictures Television have reached an official agreement that will see Glover appear in just five of the fifth season's 13 episodes, which works out to a lot less Troy & Abed.
It could be worse, though. Unlike Chevy Chase, Glover isn't leaving because he can't get along with anyone. He just wants to focus more on his music career.
What's that? You didn't know about Glover's hip hop career? Yeah, he performs under the stage name Childish Gambino. Here's a video of him rapping about dicks, pussy, n-words, and Armenian girls—you know, all the usual stuff.
