Kim Kardashian was one of many celebrities who attended the MET Gala this week and as usual, she had everyone talking about her outfit. The dress she wore featured an impossibly small corset that cinched in her waste so small it was basically free advertising for Ozempic.

A few days before the actual event, Kim met up with Vogue to show us all all how she got into that tiny corset and gave us a bit more meaning behind her look.
