Cue the lights for a special screening of Hollywood's greatest and creepiest maniacal laughs! Demented chuckles? Choked-up guffaws? Creepy howls of laughter? You think it, this video's got it.

You know you're in for a laugh-a-thon when the video kicks off with Mr. Freeze from 1997's Batman & Robin suckfest, followed closely by the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz.
