I don't have to tell you that Hilary Duff is one of our very favorites at Egotastic. When she's not showing off her MILFtastic cleavage in skimpy bikini tops, the actress is apparently diving into the frigid waters of Canada in sexy Instagram videos. The girl just never lets us down! 

Duff displays her athleticism by doing a handstand at the edge of a dock before diving in head first. I definitely see something I'd like to dive into head first. Rite, fellas. Duff's hot pink bathing suit might not be as revealing as some of her bikini fashion choices, but thanks to her fun in the Canadian sun, we do get some fairly interesting angles as Duff gets ready to make a splash. Does she have you singing "O-Face Canada?"
