Victoria Justice, a Barely Legal Birthday! (VIDEO)

Our little girl is all grow'd up (okay, we are one day early, but we wanted to be first). Victoria Justice, who I might argue is the single hottest starlet in Hollywood (and, I am arguing it right now with Cousin Jonathan). Over the past year, I've really come to appreciate how she stands at the head of her sextastic graduating class, despite Nickelodeon's attempts to pretend Victoria has no boobs or vajayjay. She does.

Excuse me, for a moment, while a tiny melancholy tear runs down my cheek and drips onto a sheet of paper where my Bucket List sits, including item #1: 'see Victoria Justice all kinds of nude'. Oh, let it be!
