Halsey Casts Her Latest Boyfriend in New Promo!

Halsey is promoting her latest collection with her makeup brand called About Face, a line she's calling Energy Angel and she's enlisted the help of her current boyfriend Avan Jogia to star alongside her in the new promo for the brand.

The couple can be seen locking eyes in a corner store before they eat noodles together and eventually, start making out.
