Gal Gadot All Smiles In Plunging Black Dress

Gal Gadot's breakout hit Wonder Woman failed to net any Oscar nominations this week, but she's taking it in stride and showing off her sexy body in a plunging new dress! The star herself even addressed that fact in an interview with Entertainment Tonight...

"I was very moved and touched by the feedback of all the people that were disappointed that ‘Wonder Woman’ wasn’t nominated, but we certainly never did the movie for that. I think that you can’t have it all. We’ve done this movie and it was received in such an amazing, wonderful way, and we want to stay humble and grateful, and we’re going to have another movie, so who knows? Maybe the next one!"

Let's face it, Hollywood's not quite ready to validate the comic book movie movement just yet. Logan broke new ground this year by becoming the first comic book movie to end up in the Screenplay category, so it's gonna be a few years before one of these things gets a Best Picture nomination. 

Oscar nominee or no, we can all admit that Gal Gadot is smoking hot and the perfect woman to play such an iconic character on the big screen. Now toss Lynda Carter a bone and give her a role in the sequel as Circe. Come on, you know it's a good idea!
