Everyone Loves a good Spinoff! Will Hulk Outshine These Other Supporting Characters Who Got Their Own Spotlight?

The Hulk stole the show in Joss Whedon'sAvengers adventure last summer. He provided comic relief, emotional resonance and packed an almighty punch too.

And now it seems like his efforts have been rewarded with the announcement that the big green beast will get his own movie after The Avengers 2 has been released. Will he manage to do okay by himself? History certainly isn't on his side but it'll be nice to see Mark Ruffalo get the chance, hopefully.
