CELEBRITY

For the sake of this story, really but a placeholder to share Emily Ratajkowski bikini pictures, assume that celebrity models have any connection whatsoever to the swimwear lines put out in their names. That is, outside of sharing how their breasts look in their signature crafted Chinese polymer designs.
Just a couple weeks ago we shared the happy economic news that Ratajkowsi was launching her own bikini line, Inamorata. The presentation only needed a Tweet from Trump declaring another victory for the bustling retail sector and tons of tiny clothes women buy to make themselves feel alive.
Now, swimwear line Lisa Marie Fernandez, who also sound like a lesbian college softball pitcher, claims Ratajkowski ripped off their designs for two of the preeminent pieces in their new collection. That would be the "off the shoulder bikini" and the "strapless swimsuit with knotted detailing". The technical terms can be a hurdle. Fernandez' line has been out for three years, giving her the distinct advantage in pretending anybody can invent anything radically groundbreaking in bikini design after the first 5,000 or so.
Fernandez isn't some no-name enterprise. Their shit is worn by a decent number of Hollywood young women whilst being coerced into beach side hummers by the patriarchy. Fernandez sent Inamorata a cease and desist to stop biting their shit and come up with their own ways of making slender women looking even more do-able. If not, expect a lawsuit. Or a hot girls in bikinis fight. Only one of these will result in half the world being made whole again.
