Emilia Clarke Is Honest And Upstanding

The last person I would expect to be open and honest about her pay would be Emilia Clark. Because it completely disrupts the feminism wage gap narrative being pushed in Hollywood. The colorful hair crazy women will probably skip seeing season eight of GOT now that Emilia has identified herself as a gender traitor. But at least Benedict Cumberbatch is in a corner somewhere beating off to the excellent news of a woman finally receiving gender-neutral pay. I hope she’s compared her paychecks with other men and not just one person. Because comparing paychecks with Kit Harington would be misleading, as he is in fact a woman. And would undoubtedly receive equal pay as Emilia. He invites himself as a third wheel on dates and throws tantrums at bars after having one too many. Kit is about as manly as a middle-aged soccer mom going through a mid-life crisis.

The conversation for equal pay has taken over Hollywood in the last few months in the midst of the Time’s Up movement, and Emilia Clarke is joining in on the discussion.“On ‘Game of Thrones,’ I have always been paid the same amount as my male co-stars,” the actress said. “It was my first job and I was not discriminated against because I was a woman, in my paycheck.”

I applaud Emilia for being truthful because most women will say or do anything in the quest for more cash. She listed herself as a high-profile woman available for dates. Which is the definition of an escort. And we all know what escorts do for a big tip at the end of the evening. Brad Pitt bid for a chance to explore her lower territories uncharted by himself but was lost after another bidder was willing to pay more. That incident alone should inspire women in Hollywood and help them get a true understanding of their worth. If you’re not being paid equally, just ask Brad how much he’s willing to pay to go out on a date with you. Then negotiate your next contract role accordingly based on his answer.
