You can call her disgusting, skeletal, ugly, a bag of bones, annoying, that girl that never would have been famous if it wasn't for the fact that Paris Hilton made a stupid sex tape that got on the internet which in turn got her a reality show deal that Nicole Richie was lucky enough to tag along to, gross, ugly, etc... But don't call her Anorexic. That's crossing the line. Or at least, that's what Nicole told Us Weekly.

On the afternoon of August 12, Nicole Richie finally reached her boiling point. As the actress and a friend exited the Planet Blue boutique in Malibu, California, a photographer yelled out to her, "Nicole, you look disgusting. Gain some f--king weight!" A little while later, a shaken Richie walked right up to the photographer's car window and, in tears, verbally confronted him. Richie talked to Us's Ken Baker about what made her snap, how she's taking control of her life and her hopes for a healthy and successful future.

"You don't scream at people that they are overweight, so what makes people think that they have the right to scream at me that I am underweight? It's upsetting and mean," Nicole tells Us. "I am not anorexic. At the moment, I was just sick of everyone constantly bothering me about how I look. I walked up to the photographer and told him, 'What if I really had anorexia? What if I had a disease? How would you feel about saying such horrible things?' He probably just wanted to get a rise out of me, but I'm a human being and he hurt my feelings."

Alright, let's take a minute to examine Nicole's statement, shall we.

1. "You don't scream at people that they are overweight, so what makes people think that they have the right to scream at me that I am underweight?" - Actually, fat jokes are commonplace, and many overweight people feel victimized because of their weight. And you used to be a fatty too, Nicole. Have you forgotten already?

2. "I am not anorexic." - Yes you are. Either that, or you're bulimic. But whatever it is, there is definitely a medical name for it, and you've got it.

3. "What if I really had anorexia? What if I had a disease? How would you feel about saying such horrible things?" - Well, he probably wouldn't feel bad, because he sounds like an asshole, but on the other hand, he was probably doing you a favour, since you seem to be in denial about your condition (see #2).

4. "I'm a human being and he hurt my feelings." - Boo fucking hoo. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Though I guess that isn't much of a problem for you, is it.

Now, some of you out there may think I've been a bit harsh on poor little (very little, really) Nicole. And you'd be right. But don't go crying to Us Weekly about how hard your life is, and just expect to get everybody's sympathies. Was the photographer an asshole. Yeah. But that's life. And if you want to be famous for doing nothing, it comes with the territory.

And just so we're clear. You are anorexic. The pictures don't lie.

If you can stomach it, there are more pictures of Nicole Richie in her gross bikini after the jump.
