When the clock ticked down and the Carolina Panthers walked away with a win over the Washington Redskins the fate of the coming presidential election was decided.

For 17 of the last 18 elections if the Redskins won their last home game prior to the election then the incumbent got another four years. So Romney supporters rejoice! It looks like this one is yours! That is unless Obama manages to win the Electoral College and Romney takes the popular vote (like the 2004 election)...

If the NFL really wants to figure out how to monetize more things it should consider following specific players and/or coaches for different reality shows. Could you imagine seeing Tyron Smith's drama unfold live? The possibilities would be endless (Rolling with Ray Rice, Jail Tours with Kenny Britt, How to Lose a Team in 10 Days with Terrell Owens, etc.)
