The Billboard Music Awards took place over the weekend and although nobody over the age of sixteen noticed the romp through craptastic pop music land, the event naturally brought out the hotties of music and just general celebrity who made their way to Vegas for the record label pimping and promoting event. One thing became perfectly clearly early on in the evening, Ciara and her sideboob revealing dress were the hottest visuals of the evening and music to the eyes of gentleman oglers everywhere. What a body and what a dress.

It's not as if the competition was light for Ciara as boobtastic belle of the ball. Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Zendaya Coleman, Priyanka Chopra and others were all dressed to kill and ready to induce tingles as they arrived decked out for the nineteen most important music awards of the year. There was skin, skin, and just for the heck of it, more skin. Until the music and the speeches started, it was a truly alluring and splendid evening. Ciara, you really must wear that gown to my summer pool party. Suits are optional so just slip that thing right off. Russell can play Connect Four inside the house and watch OWN.
