British People Are Having Less Sex Because Of Game Of Thrones

Game of Thrones is all about sex and violence, so it is a little surprising that the show is actually cockblocking a lot of folks in Britain. Apparently, people are spending more time watching GoT and other shows on Netflix than doing it. 20 years ago the average Brit had sex 5 times a month. That's now down to three. One of the things that's getting in the way is that people would rather binge watch shows like Game of Thrones than have sex. By the time you finish watching 10 hours of a show straight you just want to go to sleep. This is a sad state of affairs. I don't believe that George RR Martin would want to keep you from having sex. If anything he needs to encourage his nerd followers to have more sex. I imagine that on Sunday nights sex grounds to a halt as people watch the latest goings on with Arya and Daenerys than knock boots.

This is a sad state of affairs and we have to make sure we don't succumb to the same trap here in America. We need to commit to making the time to bump uglies instead of watching Jon Snow pout.
