Brie Larson is sharing a look at what her typical sweat session looks like from inside her home sauna which looks super cozy. The actress basically said that unless you take selfies during your sauna session it basically didn't happen.

Brie set up her phone about a mile away from her inside the sauna, presumably so we couldn't see all of her sweat in HD. The actress posed wearing an orange bikini and smiled for the camera in the shots! See more Brie in the gallery!
