GAMING
chris-littlechild - February 18, 2016
Lots of sports personalities like getting their video game on. Sometimes it's a genuine hobby of theirs, a way of fostering that whole ‘competitive' thing they have going on. Other times, it's part of their contract to be seen playing them and being faux enthusiastic on social media. You know the kind of walking commercials these guys can be. They're effing dancing monkeys when it comes to cash.
Among athletes, though, there's one man who rules the gaming world. He lives, breathes and craps gaming, and his name is –as if you didn't know—Marshawn Lynch.
Sure, I'm just taking the piss here, but Lynch has provided some of the best moments in Conan O'Brien's Clueless Gamer series. He's whupped Gronk in Conan's Mortal Kombat X Super Bowl and shown off his terrifying face-rippin' intestine-stompin' bloodlust in the new Doom. That's more than enough for me.
He was also the first athlete to have his likeness used in Call of Duty, which is some kind of achievement I'm sure. He's made some kind of impression on the series, apparently, because now he's been immortalised in a Black Ops III easter egg.
