You're going to hear a lot about Assassin's Creed III in the coming months. We're certainly going to do our part to bang the drum for this title because I'm a history buff and assassinating redcoats with a tomahawk has been an as yet unexplored arena for gaming. We've fought zombies on haunted spaceships (Dead Space anyone?), roasted ninjas with flamethrowers and danced with pirates in video games, but never have we laid waste to British Army Regulars with scalp chopper. It's time.
Assassin's Creed III is set during the late 1700s which means there won't be much technology beyond butter-churners and blue bonnets throughout this game. In this case however that's a good thing because it means the physical actions of the main character will be front and center. For a take on that and the historical context for AC3, this fresh producer interview is what you need.
