Assassin’s Creed 3 is Coming…

Well it seems as though the Ubisoft train is running at full speed according to a Ubisoft investors conference call, confirming a release date of Assassin's Creed 3 as October 30th for PS3, Xbox, and PC. In this call, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot stated that Assassin's Creed 3 would be the "biggest release in Ubisoft history".

Think that sounds like a pretty big statement? You're not alone.

With a less than stellar reaction from fans regarding the series's last instalment; Assassin's Creed: Revelations, which was released November 15th, 2011, this "big release" could be exactly what's needed to satisfy their hunger. It has also been reported that Ezio Auditore da Firenze will be stepping down as the series's main character and (while not yet confirmed) that the story could take place during the American Revolution.
