‘Aquaman’ Chinese Trailer Shows Off Lots of New, Borderline Spoilery Goodness (VIDEO)

The thing about releasing too many trailers is that you have to eventually begin topping the last trailer, which then requires delivering more and more spoilers. Those of you who thought the "Final Aquaman Trailer" was just that have been fooling yourselves. This new Chinese trailer for next month's release is even more spoiler-iffic than that one.

The weird thing about this trailer is how it continues for quite a while after the title reveal. Usually it's "Title Reveal" and then a five second gag. This is "Title Reveal" and then thirty more seconds of footage. I don't know precisely how spoilery any of this is, I guess it really depends upon what you do and don't want to know or see before the film is released.

There's barely any Dafoe and not even a whiff of Lundgren in this trailer, which is a huge miss in my book. I feel like buying a ticket to Aquaman because of either one of those gentlemen is going to net you nothing but disappointment. Go for Momoa and his beer-chugging broheim take on Aquaman or don't go at all. It's why I'm not going at all. That and because it's nearly two and a half hours. No thanks.

Aquaman swims into theaters on December 21, the same day as Bumblebee and Mary Poppins Returns.
